We are Rootsquared Ltd (trading as Partnerscore), a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 10569802. Our registered office is at Over Dean, Bigfrith Lane, Cookham Dean, Berkshire, England, SL6 9PH. (“we”, “us”, “our”).  

  1. We have developed certain software and a website platform at https://partnerscore.io/ (“Platform”).

  2. At all times we act as an agent on behalf of our customer, as identified in the introduction email to you (“Customer”). 

  3. You are a client of our Customer and have been selected by them as being agreeable to being approached for feedback on our Customer via the Platform (“you”). 

  4. Any contract for goods and/or service shall at all times remains between you and our Customer. Any communication in respect of the Platform should be directed to us but all other communication should remain between you and our Customer.

  6. When responding via our Platform you must comply with our Platform Terms and Conditions and our Acceptable Use Policy both of which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by their reference.

  7. By submitting a response via the Platform you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

  8. Any information that you submit via the Platform is available to our Customer and may be available to other third parties. Information once submitted cannot be amended or deleted save for in exceptional circumstances.  By providing feedback via the Platform you consent to our Customer’s use of the data in such manner as it so determines. 

  9. Where any of the feedback contains details which may be used to identify a third party you should obtain the permission of that party to supply their details via the Platform prior to submitting the information. 

  10. We make no guarantee or warranty in respect of the Platform. 

  11. There is no cost for you in using the Platform to provide feedback on our Customer. 

  12. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability to you which shall include without limitation:

    1. any loss or damage of any kind, however arising whether out of negligence, misconduct, dishonesty, breach of contract on the part of our Customer

    2. any loss or damage of any kind, however arising as a result of your use of the Platform or any feedback provided via the Platform.

  13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or otherwise restrict our liability for death or personal injury arising out of our own negligence.  

  14. These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

  15. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
